1 Is there Price gap ?
Lobster fishers are finding a gap exists in prices being paid.  For example the difference for canner lobster factory will ranging 75 cents per pound higher. 
There is also a difference of about 70 cents per pound being experienced in the market of lobster.
the canner price for lobster has been increasing for past several years. There is a survey shows,  prices ranging from a 3.75 dollor to 4.50 dollor and market prices ranging from a 4.25 to 4.95 per pound.

And a lobster dining in a regular restaurant is about14.00-21.99.

2 what is a Lobster man's wage ?
 Lobster man are self- employed, so it does not benefits other careers, their health care cost can add up, because they work about 10 hours a day. Some success lobsterman can make 50000 a year. Many is recent issue, But Lobstering requires no formal education, they don't even require a high school diploma. But  "Prospective job seekers must complete an apprenticeship program in order to receive a commercial lobster and crab harvesting license.A minimum of two years, 1,000 hours, 200 fishing days, three sponsors, and written evidence of passing a United States Coast Guard approved fishing vessel drill conductor training course are needed to successfully complete the program."

3 Is Lobster over fishing ?
This is a research come from the lobster in Maine. For the past 25 years, It occurred while they warned a decline. Because the increasing of fishing had destroyed New England's stock of cod, haddock, halibut, and sea urchins - and more fisheman turned to a lobsterman. because the lobster amount spper to have increased

4 Has Lobster economic impact for Maine ?

Maine lobster had makes a large contribution to the state's economy. " In 2011, the catch exceeded 100 million pounds and generated close to $331 million in ex-vessel or dock value. The fishery provides a livelihood for over 4,500 lobster harvesters, and supports businesses such as processors, dealers, marine outfitters, boat makers, retailers and restaurants. This vital fishing industry supports hundreds of small, coastal villages and communities that give Maine its unique character. "
